H.E. Mr. Herman Van Rompuy, President of the European Council, Prime MinisterJoseph Muscat and the Deputy Prime Minister of Libya Dr. Sadiq Abdulkarim Abdulrahman, during their talks in the Prime Minister’s office at Auberge de Castille.

Topping the agenda was the immigration issue.

The trilateral meeting was held on the initiative of the Government of Malta.
