Transport Malta notifies that Triq l-Imgarr, Gozo will be closed to vehicular traffic as from Monday 8th October, 2012 until the end of October.

Testing along a 130m stretch of this road identified potential problems with the gradient of the main sewer.  The problems were identified after tests were carried out jointly by the Water Services Corporation and the contractor prior to the laying of the binder and wearing courses.

During the works, the following traffic management scheme will be implemented:
Vehicular traffic from Victoria in the direction towards Mgarr will be diverted to through Triq San Anard, Triq ta’ Hamet, Triq il-Madonna tar-Rummiena and Triq l-Imgarr.

Vehicular traffic from Mgarr in the direction towards Victoria will be diverted through Triq il-Madonna tar-Rummiena, Triq ta’ Hamet and Triq San Anard.
