Father rapes three daughters from age of 11

A 44-year-old man from Cospicua has been sent to jail for 10 years and fined €3,100 for raping his three daughters for three years from when they were still 11 and 12 years old. He threatened them not to talk about what he did to them.

He first raped his 12 year old daughter after luring her to a bar by promising to show her a play station and instead got her drunk and then took her to a room and raped her violently. He raped her another three times and only stopped when she thought she was pregnant.

He raped his second daughter twice a month for three years.

He raped his youngest daughter in a room he had at Ghajn Dwieli, once when she was still recovering from a stomach surgery.

The daughters finally shared the terrible experience they were going through when they discovered that their father was raping the three of them.

10 years? Really? That's just 3.5 years for each daughter! Should be at least 10 years for each daughter. I pray that these girls will revover from the trauma caused by this animal!

Would the judge give the same sentence if three of his daughters were to be raped.

These judges of ours want better working conditions!!!!

what a laughing stock!!!!!!!!

If i was the command of the jailhouse simple throw the keys away all people who turn to children for satisfaction like the other one in wales April Jones assumed she has been murdered another innocent young child are all sick .

If I were a judge, I know just the kind of punishment this evil FATHER truly deserves.

But unfortunately, not even the harshest of punishments can ever heal what the three daughters have gone through.

I hope that these girls will one day manage to emerge from this dark part of their lives as winners; and to carry on with their lives surrounded by people who are willing to give their unconditional support and who truly love them.

10 years ?! this is ridiculous ... is this what our courts call justice

@James A. Tyrrell - Actually, he got a lighter sentence that Daniel Holmes did. Daniel was sentenced to 10.5 years and 23,000 Euro fine for growing a single cannabis plant for his own consumption. Shocking that the courts consider these vile acts of child rape to be less severe.

The guy must be sick. But the sentence given by the Courts is just as sick! This animal has ruined his daughters' lives after raping them repeatedly. They will probably never get over such a trauma and will have to carry it with them for the rest of their lives. He, on the other hand, will be out again in just over 7 years (with time off for good behaviour). Will any 12 year old girl be safe with him around. I hope the other prisoners will give him a warm welcome :-)

So he gets the same prison sentence he would have got for having a few cannabis plants. Does that make sense? Personally I would have saved the country money by throwing him off a cliff!
