Malcolm Mamo has been appointed Yellow Pages Call Centre Manager.
He started his career as a service and sales representative in the banking sector, exceeding his sales and productivity targets, moving on to quality control, and coaching team leaders.
In his last role as coaching coordinator, Malcolm Mamo focused on performance management recommendations to call centre operators and team managers.
With a wealth of experience from his previous engagements in call centre management, Malcolm Mamo will be focused on managing sales targets, maximising revenue potential, productivity targets and improving the overall efficiency and quality of the Yellow Pages Call Centre.
