For many months now Daphne Caruana Galizia has taken the visitors to her blog for a ride after she distorted facts to try and mock MP Franco Debono that as a Form II student he got a 100 only in Religion.
In his latest blog Franco Debono says that he had published his Form II exam results 10 months ago when he was accused of behaving like a child and he wanted to show that even as a child he took things seriously. His Form II results shows that he got top marks in Communications, Religion, Civics and Arabic.
Debono writes: “She fooled you for ten months. Do not let her fool you anymore.
Debono goes on to say: “The hundreds are irrelevant, but this is a case study in half truths and manipulation.”
One of the readers reacting to his blog commented: “Franco you have touched on SO MANY VITAL POINTS in such a short time, just forget the report…even if you had failed in everything. You are still brilliantly exposing the dirt of the clique and they’re shitting in their pants because of you….”
Another reader said: “I think the point being made by Franco is that the marks per se are irrelevant…they are being presented just to show how low DCG and co. can stoop to manipulate people’s perceptions. For all that matters, the subject of the argument could have been that Franco has a cat or a dog not his school grades…but the intentions BEHIND the argument remain the same…that is manipulation in its most evil form!”
When a reader said that is farcical to publish this Form II report, Franco Debono hits back: “What is farcical is to copy in your exams and not study and get good results.”
