Network Publications, in collaboration with the Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Directorate and the Sliema Local Council, invite the nation to their second Beat Obesity Get Healthy Roadshow taking place on Friday 5th October in Sliema Promenade (opposite the Preluna Hotel) from 17:00 till 23:00pm.

The event is free for everyone to attend and aims to proactively encourage the nation to take the first steps towards a healthier and happier lifestyle as part of the Ministry of Health, the Elderly and Community Care’s National Strategy for Malta 2012-2020: “A healthy Weight for Life”.

There will be different activities happening throughout where the public can learn about nutrition and fitness through hands-on activities, check their weight, health, and ask nutrition and fitness questions. Fun for the whole family gazebos, bouncy castle and much more!
