MFA President Norman Darmanin Demajo said that he was convinced the Euro qualifier match between Malta and Norway was fixed and that there was more than one player who was involved.

Maltese international Kevin Sammut was found guilty and suspended from any football-relating activity for ten years on charges of match-fixing.

During the press conference, the MFA President said that there was ample evidence that the match was fixed and the allegations brought forward were proved correct.
