This man perhaps broke the computer, because at police station there are no privacy room, or office wher such report can be taken. The accused and every one is in the same room listening, and ''giving their bright helping hand, to make matters worse''We are still living in times of Shakespear, nothing has ever changed. It is a SHEME on the Commissioner that we are living in such poor conditions.
