A 20 year old woman from Ghaxaq driving her car in front of the Preluna Hotel at Tower Road, Sliema hit a 17 year old girl from Sweden at 15.00 on Monday.
The Swedish girl was taken to Mater Dei Hospital where she is being treated for serious injuries and fractures. The driver did not get hurt in athe incident.
