GO wishes to advise those TV customers using a Set Top Box who are experiencing problems, to zap through the channels to trigger an automatic retune of the STB. Customers using a CAM will need to follow their TV set instructions to perform a retune on their sets in order to refresh the channel list.
This operation will help to normalize much but not necessarily all of the affected channels.
GO is still working closely with the Malta Communications Authority and international authorities to find a permanent solution for those TV channels that are still experiencing interference.
