An Armed Forces of Malta Air Wing helicopter has earlier this morning conducted a Medical Evacuation of a sailor from onboard the Italian vessel – MT Giovanni Battista de Carlini which was sailing 27NM off Delimara. The sailor was transferred to Mater Dei Hospital for further treatment.
The evacuation was conducted by the AFM Operations Centre.
